At Bhutib.com, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our handcrafted, tailor-made products. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right — with clear timelines and simple steps.



1. Eligibility Window

  • Returns & Exchanges: Accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Applies to both prepaid and COD orders.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags/packaging intact.

Note on handcrafted items: Slight variations in color, texture, or stitching are natural in handcrafted goods and are not considered defects.


2. What’s Returnable vs. Not Returnable

  • Returnable: Standard-size products that are unused and in original condition.
  • Not Returnable: Personalized or custom-size/made-to-measure orders (unless damaged/defective on arrival).

3. Simple Start — How to Raise a Request

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery before sending anything back:

Share your order ID and a brief note on whether you want a return or exchange.


4. Proof Requirements

  • Exchange requests: Please provide photo/video showing the issue (size, defect, wrong item, etc.).
  • Return requests: No proof required (unless damaged on arrival).


5. Pickup & Return Shipping

  • We arrange the pickup via our courier partners (e.g., Delhivery/Shiprocket).
  • Return shipping cost: Covered by Bhutib.
  • Keep the item repacked securely with all tags and the original invoice (if available).


6. Refunds — Timeline & Method

  • Inspection: Once your item reaches us, we perform a quick quality check.
  • Approval: On approval, refund is initiated instantly from our side.
  • Prepaid orders (UPI/Cards): Refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer/UPI (we’ll request your details securely).
  • Credit to account: Actual receipt depends on your bank/issuer’s processing times.


Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved or your order is cancelled, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please note:

  • Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking): Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days of approval. The amount may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer within 7–10 business days after receiving your bank details.
  • You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once your refund has been initiated.


7. Exchanges — How They Work

  • After we receive and approve your return for exchange, we’ll dispatch the replacement in the same style/size (or closest available variant) and share a new tracking link.
  • If the requested variant is unavailable, we’ll offer alternatives or a refund as per your preference.


8. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If your item arrives damaged/defective or not what you ordered:

  1. Contact us within 7 days.
  2. Share photos/videos of the product and packaging.
  3. We’ll arrange a priority pickup and ship a free replacement or issue a full refund after inspection — your choice.


9. Important Conditions

To ensure a smooth refund/exchange, please note:

  • Items must be returned unused and unaltered, with all tags, accessories, and packaging.
  • Custom-size/personalized items are not eligible for return/exchange unless damaged/defective on arrival.
  • Bhutib reserves the right to decline a return/exchange if the item shows signs of wear/use or is missing tags/packaging.
