1) Order Processing Time
- Handcrafted / made-to-order items: 1–3 business days to make and quality-check before dispatch.
- Ready-to-ship items: 12–24 hours to dispatch (business days).
Business days: Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).
Daily cutoff: Orders placed after 1:00 PM IST are processed the next business day.
2) Delivery Timeframe (India)
- Standard delivery: 7–10 business days from dispatch (location & courier availability may affect timelines).
- You’ll receive tracking via Email + WhatsApp, including proactive updates when your order is out for delivery and delivered.
3) Couriers We Use
- COD orders: Delivered via Delhivery / Shiprocket network (subject to their serviceability).
- Prepaid orders: May ship via Delhivery, Shiprocket, DTDC, or Blue Dart based on speed and pincode service.
4) Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid and COD orders within India.
5) Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Available pan-India where supported by Delhivery/Shiprocket serviceability.
- If COD isn’t available for your pincode, you can still place a prepaid order.
6) Address Changes & Delivery Attempts
- You can request an address change before dispatch by contacting us (see Support below).
- Couriers generally make 2 delivery attempts. If undelivered, the shipment may be returned to origin (RTO).
- If your order is RTO’d, Bhutib.com covers the re-shipping once we reconfirm your address and availability.
7) Remote/ODA Areas & PO Boxes
- We deliver to most remote/ODA areas; please allow extra time in such cases.
- PO Boxes: Generally not supported. In rare cases where a courier accepts, prepaid only and subject to courier policy.
8) Split Shipments
- To speed delivery, items in a single order may be shipped separately. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
9) Damaged, Defective, or Lost Parcels
- If your parcel arrives damaged/tempered or the item is defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please share photos/videos of the outer box, inner packaging, and product so we can resolve it quickly with the courier.
- If a parcel appears lost in transit, we’ll coordinate with the courier and keep you updated until resolved.

10) Gifting Options
- Gift notes available on request (complimentary).
- Gift wrap available on request (subject to availability at dispatch location).
11) Festivals, Weather & Unforeseen Delays
- During major festivals, monsoon, or force majeure events, deliveries may take longer. We’ll keep you updated on any changes to your ETA.
12) International Shipping
- Coming soon. We currently ship within India only. Watch this space for global delivery updates.
