At Bhutib.com, we are committed to delivering your order with care and efficiency. We aim to get your order to you quickly and safely, with timely updates at every step.

1. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.

  • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Free Shipping.


2. Delivery Timelines

To ensure you receive your order on time, our shipping process is divided into two parts: Handling Time and Transit Time.

A) Handling Time (Processing)

  • Timeframe: 1 – 2 Business Days.

This is the time we take to stitch/make your attire, quality check the item, pack it securely, and hand it over to the courier.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM IST are processed the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.


B) Transit Time (On the way)

  • Timeframe: 5 – 7 Business Days.

This is the time taken by the courier company to deliver the package from our facility in Kalimpong to your doorstep.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 – 9 Business Days (Handling + Transit).


3. Courier Partners

We use trusted courier services to ensure your package arrives safely. Depending on your pin code serviceability, your order will be shipped via:

  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • DTDC


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched (within 1-2 days), you will receive a Tracking Number and link via Email and WhatsApp. You can track your package directly on the courier’s website or by visiting our Track Your Order page.


5. Address Changes & Non-Delivery

  • Address Change: If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the item is dispatched, we cannot change the address.
  • Incorrect Address: Bhutib.com is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Remote Areas: Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer than the standard 5-7 days.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your package arrives openly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it. Take photos/video of the package and contact us immediately.
  • Lost in Transit: If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, or if there is no movement for 10 days, please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.


7. International Shipping

We currently ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
