At Bhutib.com, we stand by the unique craftsmanship of our Traditional apparel. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, provided you follow the clear guidelines outlined below.

 

1. Eligibility and Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges for most items, provided they meet our eligibility requirements.

  • You must initiate the return process within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • All items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact. Any item showing signs of wear or alteration is not eligible for return.

     

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our policy and the nature of our products, the following items are excluded from returns or exchanges:

  • Custom-Made / Tailor-Made orders, including personalised sizing adjustments. These are only eligible for return if they arrive defective or damaged.
  • Products clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.
  • Items missing original tags or packaging.

     

3. How to Initiate a Return

To return the product, please follow these steps within the 7-day window:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via email at contact@bhutib.com or WhatsApp or Call us at +91 7699232458.
  2. Provide Order Details: Include your Order ID, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request (usually within 1 business day) and send you the necessary return mailing address and instructions.

     

4. Return Shipping and Fees

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer if they decide to return a product for any reason other than it being damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong product, Bhutib will cover the full return shipping cost.

 

5. Refund Process and Timeline

Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions (Section 1).

  • Inspection: This process typically takes 0–1 business days after delivery to our facility.
  • Approval & Processing: If approved, your refund is processed immediately.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are sent back to the same payment method you used at checkout (UPI, credit card, and more). For Cash on Delivery orders, please share your bank account information so we can complete the refund.
  • Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
