We strive to make the purchasing process secure and simple.

• Payment Methods: We currently accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

• Security: All online transactions are securely processed through Razorpay, our authorized third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full payment card details.

All products sold on Bhutib.com are marketed as handcrafted apparel inspired by Nepali, Bhutanese, and Tibetan cultures.

• Handcrafted Nature: Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of many items, minor variations in colour, weave, texture, or stitching are normal and are not considered defects.

• Colour Disclaimer: We make every effort to display product colours accurately, but actual colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor or mobile screen settings.
  
  

4. Shipping and Delivery Summary

• Handling Time (Processing): 1–2 Business Days.

• Transit Time (Delivery): 5–7 Business Days.

• Total Delivery Estimate: Your order should arrive within 6–9 Business Days from the time you place the order.

5. Returns and Refunds Summary

• Return Window: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made/tailor-made items are excluded from returns unless defective.

• Return Shipping Cost: The customer must pay the return shipping cost for returns made for personal reasons. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Bhutib will pay the full return shipping cost.

Bhutib.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product misuse or shipping delays caused by the courier partners. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product in question.
