We currently accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay, our authorized third-party payment gateway.
In case of COD orders, we reserve the right to verify order details via phone, WhatsApp, or email before dispatch.
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment authorization or COD confirmation.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship across India, with plans to expand internationally in the future.
Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days from order confirmation.
Orders are shipped using trusted courier partners, including Delhivery, Shiprocket, and other standard courier services.
Delivery times may vary due to location, courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once the order has been dispatched.

4. Returns and Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Customized or tailor-made items are typically non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact us at contact@bhutib.com or via WhatsApp within the return window.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

Size customization is made according to the measurements provided by the customer; Bhutib is not responsible for inaccurate size inputs.
